Accounting / bookkeeping
Each staff member sorts hundreds of client receipts a day during BAS season
Test AI classification and amount extraction on client receipt photos, and decide what AI handles vs what needs human judgement
Write down the task. AI breaks it into steps and estimates the hours for free. Then pick an expert who has done similar work and pay only for the time you book. Experts set their own rate; with experts who open availability as a time range, you can try half an hour first.
We are an 8-person customs brokerage in Sydney. Every day we key 40–60 commercial invoices into our customs software by hand and often get unit prices and quantities wrong. We want AI to read the invoices and enter them, with staff only checking the ones that look wrong.
Everything happens on the web. Open it in your phone browser and book.
One or two sentences: how you do it today and which step AI should take over. No sign-in.
AI splits the task into 3–5 steps, estimates the expert hours, and lists what you can prepare yourself.
Compare case studies and rates, then book the expert's open slots. Ranges come in 30-minute slots and you can pick several in a row; you pay for the total time.
The expert writes what was done, what comes next and how many hours remain. Rebook the same expert in one click.
Common requests by industry and role, and roughly how far one session gets. Hours are estimates and depend on your data and systems.

You know what you want; you need someone to sit down and build it with you: invoice extraction, email triage, AI customer service, automations connected to the systems you already use.
You pay by the hour, so the better prepared you are, the more of it goes to the hard parts.
Typical pacing from our experts. The real time depends on how ready your data and systems are.

1–1.5 hoursSet up Claude / ChatGPT projects and common prompts for a team of up to 10
1.5–3 hoursFeed AI extraction results into existing software and design a human review step
2–4 hoursBuild a new AI app with accounts, database and payments from scratch
Dozens of hours or moreSessions are billed by the hour, so have these ready before you start.
Below is an example (fictional). In real orders experts must write these three items when completing the session; you see them in My bookings and can rebook the same expert in one click.
Agreed the 14 fields to read from commercial invoices, matched against the customs software. Tested 20 sample invoices: quantity and unit price were correct on 18, and the 2 with handwritten changes need a person to check. Results can already be laid out as a table by field.
Export the results as a CSV the customs software can import, add a highlight rule for low-confidence lines, and run one full day of real documents together with the two data-entry staff.
No project quotes, no packages. You pay for the time you book.

Customs, accounting, hospitality, agencies… Whether you want AI inside an existing workflow or the whole team using it, you book experts by the hour. We help you clarify the request first.
Set your own rate and slots. Learners arrive with an AI diagnosis, so you can skip the background questions. Earnings are settled monthly.
Payment fees estimated as 10 orders of about 1 hour each.
A statement for the previous month is generated on day 1 of each month and paid after confirmation.
This only applies the current fee rules to the numbers you entered. It does not predict how many bookings you will get.
With experts who open availability as time ranges, half an hour is enough to confirm the need and the approach. Building something usually takes 1–3 hours; the diagnosis suggests how much. A few experts still use older fixed slots (for example a whole hour), which are booked as a whole. 30 minutes is billed as 0.5 hours.
It is based on what you wrote and helps you decide how long to book first. After seeing the real situation, the expert records the remaining hours in the session summary.
Bookings are hourly only. Bigger tasks are split into several sessions, each ending with a summary, so you decide whether to continue.
Only you and the expert you book. It is never shown to other experts or learners.
AI consulting, implementation and team training are currently charged at the expert's listed rate with no membership discount.
Online. Once the expert confirms the booking, the meeting link appears in My bookings.
No. We suggest you or a colleague operate the computer while the expert guides you on screen. Mask customer details in samples first.
More than 1 hour before the session you can request cancellation in My bookings; it goes to refund processing pending the expert's confirmation. If the expert doesn't show or the session clearly doesn't match, contact support and we refund after verifying.
Our team reviews each expert's profile by hand, focusing on real projects; AI experts must provide at least one implementation case study. Learners can rate and review every session.
After each session the expert writes how many hours remain. You can do only the most important part first; there's no need to buy everything at once.
